So you’re back (just as I predicted! I’m in Warhammer beta, and I’m extremely disapointed btw).

I have always been confident 31/30MS was superior to other MS specs. I’m glad you provided the evidence to my bold beliefs. Very nice work.

… With a sword that is.

Aye, axe spec increase the overall Flurry uptime, but it’s like with armor converting into mitigation - the more you have it, the less effect will every next point have. It’s easy to come a point at which increasing your crit with axe spec no longer pay a big role in keeping the flurry up, where Sword Spec benefit from Flurry a lot, since more attacks = more occasions for Sword to proc. Swords overall scale insanely well with gear.

Your flurry only has 15% while I use 3 points in it giving me 20%.
October 31st, 2007 at 4:04 pm
Flurry was nerfed a while back and doesn’t give 10% at first point anymore, 3/5 give 15% and 5/5 give 25%.

Ah, my bad. You see, I do most of my web browsing at school because I play WoW at home. The school puts the dumbest blocks on WoW sites and the only talent calculator avaiable to me is only updated to 2.0.3

What about stance? “My base crit chance” - does it mean crit chanse in battle stance, or?
November 1st, 2007 at 11:57 am
If you spend most of your time in zerk, you can include those 3% into it. Just don’t include 5% from axe spec if you have it, since script will add it itself.

Is there any chance axe would top sword? I mean no matter what I put in sword always outdamge axe.
Is resiliance the killer of axe spec then?

Hi guys, i was woundering if someone could post here information about what are the reason why most of high end arena warriors are picking stormherald over equal swords/axes, some numbers or just easy explanation why its better. thx

Since im an orc I cant get sword spec to be better than axe no matter what i enter into the posts.
Axe is better no matter what.
Is the racial really that good??
November 27th, 2007 at 2:28 pm
For a target that can parry it is - 2.5% less avoidance with 5% crit, just forget about what effects are they, look at the numbers: 5% + 2.5% vs 5%. The racial is not super powerful, but it’s not like weapon spec is totally game breaking or class defining ability, it’s just 5 of your 61 talent points.
